I was following Long's coverage at the press meeting and from my understanding Microsoft US says we will, Microsoft AU says we won't. I'm more inclined to believe AU simply because they'd have a better understanding on what they're currently negotiating, etc. I'd love to individually purchase my songs too but I'm not all that annoyed.

Problem with holding down the "Windows" key is it currently activates the Voice Control features. The "Me" Tile feature is technically already there, Microsoft just needs to expand upon the feeds which it displays.

In regards to how I made the mock-up, it was a real rush job. I took three screenshots and placed them as three different elements in a pivot template using the free Windows Phone developer tools. I then ran the emulator and recorded my computer screen. Threw it all together in Movie Maker and I was done :D

If I could suggest something what you could have is a flat back but with a folding panel at the top back that can fold up into some sort of support or the like. I only suggest this because the Sony S1 is apparently not that great in portrait mode because it is still angled to one side. Just my opinion anyway

If you could you should try and integrate GPS so you don't get lost on the university campus. Also you could add a take me there which plots a route to either a specific building or the university itself from where ever you are.

Did you see the comment on that WMPoweruser article about having it in the "Me" tile. he suggested having accessed through the me tile, and it being the first thing you see when you open it. he proposed accessing it via a long windows key press (after moving voice commands to a long press of the search key.) I think a Long press of windows key would be a more practical manner of accessing it because swiping to the left doesn't match up with the windows start screen. I also think that the counter in the top bar would be a nice solution than the other. My thoughts
